4th Day of FT

Hello friends in blogger land, boy howdy today was another busy busy day at work. I am not used to working 12hrs, but I'm a team player and sometimes things just work out like that. I am grateful to have a job, if I didn't we wouldn't be able to afford hubby going back to school. He is starting out really strong he has 103 % in his math class and he feels really good about himself. I am glad he agreed to do the FT with me I can tell in how his clothes fit his belly is getting smaller.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 turkey breakfast sausage, black coffee
Snack: coconut bread
Lunch: stir fry with chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, celery, broccoli,  baby bok choy and cashews. 1 baby bell cheese
Snack: Greek yogurt with hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds
Dinner: chicken soup

  1. Sounds like you've been having a really trying week at work! You have such a positive attitude towards adversities that come your way - it's inspiring! Sounds like your husband is off to a great start at school AND the FT. Your food looks great! Hopefully this weekend you will get some much deserved rest and relaxation!

  2. I bet that's neat, having your hubby on FT with you! I would like mine too, but I have to get all the grains out of the house first, otherwise he'll eat them. Hubby sounds like he's doing great at school - I bet that takes a little pressure off. Have a great weekend!

  4. It is always nice when a spouse joins in on your weight loss efforts. I tried to get mine to join in but he is not a veggie eater. He said he will stick to his calorie counting. I bet your co-workers are happy you are a team player and help when needed. Hope you get some rest ths weekend.
