5th Week BFC day 6.

Today was a decent day, I am missing my car I don't like not having my own wheels. I wish I could somehow punish the individuals responsible...I think a shot to the knee would do the trick. It would be incredibly painful, take a long time to heal and be a general pain in the ass. I'm not a violent person...I am just really pissed off that someone stole my car.
  Anyway foodwise today I ate:
Brunch:  2 slices ezekiel 4:9 bread. with two fried eggs. pepper cheddar. 5 turkey links. black coffee.
Dinner: several slices papa murphys delite bacon artichoke and chicken...several slices delite meat pizza. I love the thin crust pizza, their regular pizza just seems to sit in my tummy and make me feel bad.
water with benefiber. I love the benefiber brand, I bought the target brand last time because it was cheaper and I wanted to get all my shopping done in one place...but I like the benefiber brand best. Hopefully I will use up the target brand soon so I can get back to benefiber.
 Oh and on a positive note I weighed myself today 139.6 lbs. My starting weight was around 144-145 lbs. I don't have a scale, so I have to wait until I go to my parents to use theirs.
  I guess that is all for today.

  1. There seems to be a handful of us that need to lose 10-20 lbs. at this point. My highest was 185 and I'm floating around 145 lately. My goal is to get to 120-125 lbs. Good luck to you! I think I need to get on my rowing machine twice a day!! :P
