What I ate today:
Breakfast: roasted chicken, and black coffee. I usually eat more, but I had to get out of the house.
Lunch: spinach salad with roasted chicken, kalamata olives, 2mini sweet peppers, celery, green onion, feta, sprinkle of sliced almonds and sunflower seeds and cashews, hard boiled egg. more coffee, tension tamer tea, 1 dove sugar free chocolate creme
Dinner: the mini lasagnas that we were going to have last night, but then we ended up going out to dinner, spinach salad with purple cabbage, portobello mushroom, green onion, feta, sprinkle of sliced almonds, sunflower seeds and cashews. Newman's Tuscan Italian dressing.
After Dinner: We had big sweet tooth's so I made some lemon pudding using xylitol instead of sugar...1/2c was the perfect amount. I really want an ice cream maker!!!! I miss haagen daz dulce de leche...but it has 23g of sugar per 1/2c..booo :( It's crazy almost 2 days worth of sugar in one tiny serving...no wonder we're all fat lol. Anyway I really do want an ice cream maker, I was thinkin I could make vanilla ice cream and make caramel sauce with xylitol, I saw a recipe on Lauren's blog Healthy Indulgences.
