Hello all my BFC friends...today was not such a beautiful day as it has been, but it was productive. My Mom was feelin much better today, so I was able to go over and do laundry, weigh myself, and of course see my folks and their 2 year old golden retriever Sadie.
I am down a 1 lb since I last weighed myself...I can hardly believe it, mostly cuz I've been drinking red wine (some days more than I should) and still loosin weight. It is blowin my mind, even though I know I've lost weight, I feel better, my clothes fit better, and the scale is down I still in my head feel that I am 150, Instead of 139. I really don't know what to do with myself. Maybe I associate weight loss with deprivation and no wine...anyway, I told my hubby tonight that I think this is a realistic plan for me and not just a diet.
Breakfast: greek yogurt with lemon barleans and black coffee
Lunch: salad, with spinach, purple cabbage, celery, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 mini sweet pepper, cashews, 10 kalamata olives, roasted chicken, ranch dressing.
Dinner: 1/2c wild rice. chicken, veggie mix of mushrooms, artichokes, mini peppers, brussel sprouts
yukon jack in hot water, and 1 corona.
