I woke up late today, I've been having sleeping problems.
Breakfast: 1/4c oatmeal with 1/4c blueberries, sliced almonds barleans lemon, black coffee. My Mom came over for tea and I had a dove sugar free raspberry creme with her.
Afternoon snack: I got home late after a day with my Mom. 10 mini olives and string cheese...then I walked to the store to get some shrimp for dinner, I really wanted some avos but they were $1.19 and not very good quality :( While making dinner I had 3 glasses of wine...I know 3 is too many but the first 2 just slid down so easily.
Dinner: Spinach salad with blue cheese. shrimp. hard boiled egg. cashews. cucumbers. celery. neuman's olive oil and vinegar dressing.
