Hello friends, today was a busy day boy howdy I am glad to be home now. Hubby is gone for the evening, he won some kinda nascar dinner at work, I'm sure he is having fun...I didn't feel like cooking so I had yogurt with strawberry barleans and pumpkin seeds for dinner. I love the barleans, I often use it instead of jam.
I still feel torn about how to handle drinking during our friends bday weekend, I don't know, but I do know that I am going to have a plan before I go or else I will throw caution to the wind and party with the rest of them. I told hubby last night that I really want to do good on the bfc for myself, I don't want to throw in the towel and I don't want to keep cheating myself. Anyway, not too much else to say today.
Breakfast 2 flax seed muffing things, one with almond butter, one with strawberry barleans. black coffee. spinach, ginger, celery, lemon juice.
Lunch: stir fry with shirataki noodles, edamame, mushrooms, celery, asparagus
Snack hazelnuts and black coffee
Dinner greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, psyllium husks
