14th Week BFC Day 6 also known as Sunny Monday

Good morning friends, today is a better day I don't feel so emotional/hormonational. Thank you Rosalie for such a nice comment you are such an encouragement to me. I love your newest video, I felt like you were speaking directly to me. I am gonna stick to the bfc even though I wanted to quit yesterday although that was because I was cranky due to my period.

I don't know how much I weigh, but I feel good even though I am a little bloated due to my period. Yesterday hubby told me I am losing weight in my lower back, and I agree with him. That makes me feel good because my lower back/love handles is an area I have always had trouble with. My thighs are also getting  slimmer and my jeans fit better. I am losing weight slowly, but that is ok with me, I am trying to make the bfc a lifestyle change and not just a diet.

This week I am going to work on a couple of things:
* Pilates in the morning
*Lots of water all day
* Making sure to get enough fiber in
* Staying away from the hard candy dish at work, those little candies that look like strawberries have been calling my name, and all they do is slow my progress.
* Staying positive

Well, I guess that's all for now. I am going to purpose to have a good day and not cheat!!! I love all of you, please continue to post comments your feedback is so helpful I really want to continue to grow and get better with the bfc lifestyle. :)

  2. Fiber is the HARDEST part for me! Good job Katie!!! I'm afraid if I have one piece of candy it will be all over for me! Isn't there sugar free hard candy? Or is that off limits?

  3. GOod job Katie!! Stay positive. We all have to set goals and work at them. My new goal is to be better on weekends. I cheat big time on weekends because I don't eat normal meals and then eat one big meal. GOtta be better about it, so I understand how you feel. :)

  4. I have to agree. It IS hard to keep going, but look at all your progress Katie. You are losing weight, and that is fantastic! All your effort IS giving you the results you want--Bravo for you! You CAN do this, take it just a day at a time as you have been and you will stay on course.

  5. Great job Katie! When you see your clothes fitting looser and problems areas like your back getting smaller makes this journey so worth it.
